Lafarge Cement – Dunbar

As part of our ongoing contract with Lafarge Cement, we completed a 1km extension of the White Sands Road to facilitate the expansion of its quarry. Lafarge is the UK’s largest cement maker supplying 50% of the market with its famous Blue Circle brands and producing more than a million tonnes of cement each year. It has been confirmed that East Lothian Council will assume responsibility for the management and maintenance of the road.
